Making an Application for Assistance

The Henry Smith Charity gives practical and financial assistance to Horley, Salfords, Sidlow, South Earlswood and White Bushes residents needing assistance to improve their personal or family circumstances. You would be under no obligation or commitment and everything is entirely confidential.

We also value your feedback to help us do things better including improvements to this website.

All you need to do is click on the pdf logo below  which will enable you to download the Application form then fill it in and send it to the Charity.
